At Renier Construction, safety isn’t just a priority—it’s woven into everything we do. From the job site to the office, we are committed to ensuring every team member goes home safely at the end of the day. Because we are a company built on integrity, our executive team has made safety the highest priority, reinforcing a culture where looking out for one another is simply the way we work.

Our formal Safety Committee is at the heart of this commitment, ensuring that safety is never sacrificed for efficiency. The committee focuses on three key objectives:

• Embedding safety into our culture through active employee involvement

• Promptly reviewing safety incidents with the goal of reducing and eliminating risks

• Conducting regular surveys to identify hazards and recommend improvements

With six representatives, the committee rotates every six months, bringing fresh perspectives and fostering company-wide engagement in maintaining and improving safety standards.
