Renier Construction completed a 7,414 square foot renovation and expansion of Germain Mazda on Morse Road in just nine months. The project introduced a modern, industrial-inspired design with black, white, and wood finishes, large backlit graphics, and a nine-screen video display wall. Despite site constraints and an active dealership environment during the pandemic, Renier successfully managed phased construction while keeping the project on time and on budget, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
