Renier Construction was proud to partner with Eldorado Scioto Downs on the construction of a new horse paddock designed to replace an outdated and crowded facility. Working alongside Architectural Alliance through a collaborative design-build process, the project focused on creating a more expansive, functional space that better supports racing teams and their horses as they prepare for race day.

The updated layout brings improved flow, breathing room, and a renewed sense of energy to the paddock, allowing teams to work without the pressure of tight quarters. It was a privilege to contribute to a project that plays such an important role in the racing community, and to help deliver a facility that reflects the pace, preparation, and care that define the sport.
