MANAGEMENT TEAM

Tom Rice, Senior Vice President of Operations, has been a member of the Renier Construction team since 1997 and has more than 24 years of experience in the industry.

Rice oversees the Field Operations Department which includes Renier's Project Managers and Field Superintendents. His responsibilities include quality control, scheduling and the company safety program. Customer relations are an important part of the construction process and require hands on dedication from Rice. The company goal is “total customer satisfaction” and that is Rice's focal point on all projects.

His areas of experience include performing foundation installation, steel erection, roofing, and siding and finish carpentry. Rice also has 15 years of estimating experience which includes industrial warehouses, manufacturing plants, water & waste water treatment facilities, office buildings, auto dealerships, transportation facilities, restaurants and a variety of retail buildings.

Rice is a member of The American Society of Professional Estimators and the AGC Carpenter Apprentice Program at Columbus State Community College.

Rice is an Ohio native and currently lives in Bexley.
