MANAGEMENT TEAM

As Senior Vice President of Operations Tom Rice is responsible for the Field Operations team which includes all project managers and field superintendents.

Rice's responsibilities include quality control, scheduling, coordinating project assignments, overseeing all day-to-day activities, and the company safety program. Customer relations are an important part of the construction process and require hands on dedication from Rice. The company goal of "total customer satisfaction" is his focal point on all projects.

With over 27 years experience in the industry, Rice brings a multi-faceted background in construction including foundation installation, steel erection, roofing, siding and finish carpentry. He also has 15 years estimating experience which includes industrial warehouses, manufacturing plants, water and waste water treatment facilities, office building, auto dealerships, transportation facilities, restaurants and a variety of retail buildings.

Rice is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators and the AGC Carpenter Apprentice Program at Columbus State Community College. He is an Ohio native and currently resides in Bexley.
