MANAGEMENT TEAM

Robert Gibbs is the Chief Financial Officer of Renier Construction, and oversees all accounting functions for the company, including cash management, customer billing, and job cost reporting and reconciliation. Gibbs also manages Renier's company benefits.

Gibbs' career began in 1990 with Smith, Payne & Co., an accounting firm in Sandusky, Ohio, specializing in serving the construction industry. Gibbs joined Renier Construction in 1993, undertaking the preparation of internal financial statements, job cost reports and corporate taxation.

Gibbs attended Bowling Green State University, where he received a bachelor's degree in accounting. A certified public accountant, he is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Rob and his family currently reside in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
