Neal Bronder has been in the construction industry for over thirty years with experience in commercial, industrial, and multi family construction. During those years he has worked as a foreman, superintendent, estimator, and project manager on projects located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, Indiana, and Arizona. Neal has had profit and loss responsibilities on five million dollar industrial projects, fifteen million dollar commercial projects, and twenty million dollar multi family projects.
Neal started with Renier Construction in 1989. He has completed construction training courses with Butler Building Systems, Nucor Steel, and Star Buildings. He has completed OSHA safety training, Red Cross first aid training, and CPR training. Neal graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1974.
Construction is a way of life for Neal and his family. His father, grandfather, and great grandfather were in the construction and building business. While doing genealogy research on his family, Neal discovered that his earliest known ancestor’s occupation in 1645 was recorded as "Zimmerman", German for carpenter.
