MANAGEMENT TEAM

For over 30 years Mike Vasbinder's career has spanned virtually every phase of the construction industry. His experience in program management, design-build contracting, preconstruction services, estimating, scheduling, design, real-estate development and strategic planning has become an integral part of client services at Renier.

Prior to joining the team at Renier, Vasbinder was President of ConTrak Corporation, overseeing all operations, client relations and business development, in addition to leading the corporation to winning numerous awards during his tenure.

He has extensive experience in medical, office, restaurant and retail construction. His clients have included Mount Carmel Hospital, Carney Realty, Nationwide Insurance, CompuServe, Owens Corning, Champaign National Bank, The Delaware County Bank and numerous medical facilities.

Mike received his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from The Ohio State University, is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a licensed Architect in the State of Ohio. He is also a licensed General Contractor in Columbus, Ohio and the surrounding communities, as well as the State of Florida.

He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the board of the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio, the Olentangy School District Development Committee, The Arts Farm board, and is a member of the Builder's Exchange of Central Ohio. He has been actively involved with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Central Ohio and the Neighborhood Design Center.

Mike and his family reside in Powell, Ohio.
