MANAGEMENT TEAM

Michael G. MacKay has enjoyed a successful career in the construction industry since 1988. Michael has experience in many phases of the construction process, including estimating, project management and has spent the last six (8) years in sales and marketing.

As part of the sales team for Renier Construction, Michael is responsible for sales and marketing to the commercial and industrial markets. He works to attract new clients as well as maintain relations with current and previous clients.

Prior to joining Renier, MacKay was a Project Manager at A.V. Lake Construction in Sandusky, Ohio, for eight years. His areas of expertise in the construction field include industrial, office, and automobile dealerships. Since joining Renier, he has been instrumental in completing projects for Taylor Automotive, Genji Japanese Steakhouse, Grant Scope Center, Premier Toyota, and Atrium Company. His current clients include Thirty One Gifts and Byers Automotive.

MacKay is also experienced in the construction of aircraft hangars and pre-engineered buildings. He has worked with nationally recognized clients such as Nucor Steel, Ball Corporation and Net Jets, Inc.

MacKay is actively involved in his community. He is on the Board of Trustees for the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce, is an active member of the Westerville Sunrise Rotary Club and serves on numerous committees for both organizations. He is also a Co-Chair for the Big Walnut Schools Development Committee. He lives in Galena with his wife and two children.

MacKay received his bachelor's degree from Otterbein College in Business Administration.
